Xiaoxue is an Analyst at Energy Innovation, specializing in research and modeling for the China team. She contributes to EI’s climate policy modeling by providing in-depth research and analytical support.

Prior to joining EI, Xiaoxue was a graduate researcher at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, where she led research projects on rural energy access in India, focusing on clean cooking fuels and electric lighting. She also explored power system modeling in India during her academic tenure.

Xiaoxue holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographical Science from Nanjing University and a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and reading science fiction.
